Quote requests are non-binding until the operator confirms scope, schedule, price, and payment terms in writing. Koydo provides the software platform; the listed independent operator performs the service.

You agree to provide accurate contact, property, and access information. The operator may decline, reschedule, or revise a request when the submitted details do not match the site conditions or service area.

Payments, refunds, cancellations, background checks, insurance, and service guarantees are governed by the operator policies displayed during booking or quote approval.
